What a gush of euphony voluminously wells

Tomorrow is your LAST CHANCE to send in your submissions for issue 17: ANTIHERO! On Monday we’ll begin accepting submissions for our Eastern issue.

Read issue 4: CRIME before it’s gone forever! It disappears tomorrow night! It was a damned good issue, too! (You can also buy it – only $5, free shipping from Amazon!)

Monday we’re releasing Issue 16: STEAMPUNK. I’m so very pleased with how this issue came out. It’s a very specific genre and some people find it limiting, but this is truly one of our most diverse issues yet.

Today I’ve mostly spent doing touch-up work to make sure everything is ready for the release, as well as for our super-seekrit announcement! Speaking of which, Kay posted an amusing piece of art which is half homage to our youths, half teaser for the upcoming announcement. Either way it’s damn funny.

I’m also doing some more research into the viability of a CG print subscription. We’ve considered it in the past but were never sure it it could be done without bankrupting us; that’s what I’m researching now. I’ll have more info soon. In the meantime, if you haven’t yet, please fill out our survey about print subscriptions to Crossed Genres. It’s only 5 questions, it’ll take barely any time.

I mentioned this on Twitter earlier today: We currently have a list of genres/themes for future issues that, even if never expanded, would take us halfway through our ninth year of existence. So worry not, we’ve got you covered!
